Prepare Cilentan meals at home with our authentic boxes! Cilentan fusilli are symbol of our tradition, remind us of our grandmothers who used to prepare the dough and let it sit. Then they used to make a cord, and rolled it over a special tool called “ferretto”(a thin stick of wood or metal), making one of the most typical pasta in Cilento. The best topping for Cilentan fusillo is the Cilentan sauce made from fresh tomatoes, extravirgin olive oil, and fresh basil.

Box content: Cilentan sauce 700 gr, fusilli cilentani 500 gr and cacioricotta of goat.

Fresh & local ingredients: Cilentan sauce (Passata di pomodoro del Cilento, olive oil, garlic, fresh basil and passion for Cilento), Cilentan fusilli (Water and flour from durum wheat semolina and passion for Cilento ) and cacioricotta of goat 50 gr.

Procedure:

Put on the heat a pot containing 2 litres of water for the pasta. When water is boiling, put salt, fusilli and wait 13 minutes of cooking time.

In a medium pan pour our sauce made from fresh and local ingredients, cook over low heat for 13 minutes or until fusilli are ready.

after the cooking time of pasta, drain and pour it in the pan with the sauce and stir over high heat mixing for 3 minutes.
