ORECCHIETTE and BROCCOLI – 5 servings –
Prepare Cilentan meals at home with our authentic boxes! Orecchiette with broccoli are a dish of rural tradition. Easy to prepare, thanks to our Cilentan broccoli in EVO oil which give a unique taste to them. Our broccoli have a strong flavour, are very tasteful and give both the scent of fresh broccoli and the taste of fried broccoli. When you taste them, they remind you about the memory of old Cilentan recipe made by our grandmothers.

Procedure:

Put on the heat a pot containing 2 litres of water for pasta. When water is boiling, put salt, fusilli and wait 13 minutes of cooking time.

In a medium pan pour the Cilentan broccoletti without draining and cook over low heat for 10 minutes adding the cooking water.

After the cooking time of pasta, drain and pour it in the pan with the sauce and stir over high heat mixing for 3 minutes.

Grate the cacioricotta and serve with love for your diner
